About
Kiind helps businesses reward their employees and customers with items and gift cards. With Kiind, you can easily send personalized offers to multiple contacts, but you only pay if and when the recipient chooses to use the rewards. Kiind's patent-pending technology allows you to defer when you pay for rewards and gifts, thereby saving you money.
Kiind helps make giving a more gratifying experience for givers and recipients. We assist people in building and appreciating their relationships, letting the gift giver add personalized messages and branding to their campaigns. We exist to create a positive gift experience for everyone using our platform.
Our service is built to respect the time, money, and effort associated with showing appreciation. Making sure givers only pay for gifts that people want is just the start. The desktop and mobile versions of Kiind make it easy and convenient to send gift campaigns on-the-go. We reduce the procurement and delivery time associated with giving a good gift and then let our users brand their gift emails.

History
Kiind was formed in 2011 as a result of a conversation, which began on Twitter, that Leif had with a friend about the marketing advantages of gift offers. Work on Kiind started in earnest in late 2011.
Kiind launched a private beta version of our product in 2012 based on the concept of gift credits. Customers could send gift campaigns and then get a credit for any gifts that were not used within a period of time. After testing this concept for a number of months, we realized that we could better serve our customers without tying up their money in our system. We were already notifying givers when their gifts were appreciated, why not defer charging their credit card until the recipient used the gift?
Customer response to the next evolution of our product was very encouraging. Our customer base grew rapidly, media coverage followed, and people started using Kiind routinely.
Now, Kiind is working with global brands, as well as local businesses, to make gifting more gratifying for people and businesses across North America.
